SHARKMAN ........................................... My Name is Dan, I was a web designer, and programmer for The United Parcel Service. (UPS) for 10 years. (1995-2005) You can see that site of course at: UPS.com. I was lucky enough to be involved with the World Wide Web since it's earliest days. I was webmaster for a magazine that some friends of mine started. It was an excellent magazine.It was called Travel Savvy. That magazine was sold and eventually closed. I was also the distribution Manager for another magazine BusinessTraveller. There I was able to continue working with web development and database management, while being exposed to both the publishing, and print industries. I was able to write a little, design a little, and learn allot. I have varied level of experience in the teaching field: I taught grammar school art - Kindergarten through eight grade. I substitute taught at all grade levels from kindergarten through high school, in ALL subjects. I also taught my own high school classes for a number of years at school called High Point High School. I taught a number of computer related classes from programming to keyboarding. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I am currently studying for my Masters Degree in education, and teaching full-time at the Anthem Institute.   This site showcases some of my outside interests. Please enjoy the site. - Dan
